Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Risk & Roses ("the Platform") provides a copy trading service that mirrors the trading activity of a master account into your personal broker account. The Platform does not hold your funds, execute trades on your behalf outside your broker, or act as a financial intermediary. Your capital remains in your own regulated broker account at all times.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must complete our identity verification (KYC) process
• You must hold an account with a supported broker (Exness, XM, or other approved brokers)
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where copy trading services are permitted

3. Performance Fees

The Platform charges performance fees based on the growth of your broker account while connected to our copy trading service. Fee tiers are determined by your account balance and growth percentage. When your account growth exceeds the applicable tier threshold, a deposit request will be generated specifying the amount owed.

Performance fees are payable in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address provided in your deposit request. Failure to remit fees within the specified timeframe may result in disconnection from the copy trading service.

4. No Guarantee of Returns

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding profitability, return on investment, or avoidance of losses. All trading involves risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Ensure your broker account has sufficient margin for copied trades
• Pay performance fees promptly when deposit requests are issued
• Notify us of any changes to your broker account or personal circumstances
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Platform

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to pay performance fees, provide false identity documents, violate these terms, or engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform. Suspended accounts will be disconnected from copy trading immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred through the copy trading service. We do not control market conditions, broker execution, slippage, or connectivity issues between your broker and our systems. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trading strategies, analytics, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Risk & Roses. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our trading strategies or platform technology. You also may not copy, mirror, forward, or route our signals or trades into a proprietary trading firm (prop firm) funded or evaluation account. If you wish to use our signals in connection with a prop firm account, you must submit a specific written request in advance and receive our prior written approval, which we may grant, decline, or make subject to separate terms at our sole discretion.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
